At the heart of this is belong, believe and become. It's based on the parable of The Sower (Matthew 13). Jesus commands us to be active in sowing, reaping and keeping.
Belong
We are going to put on a lot of activities where people feel they are welcomed and included. People unfamiliar with faith will become our friends. A warm and friendly welcome is our motto.
Believe
We will run courses such as Alpha and Alpha+, where people can explore faith and believe in Jesus for salvation. We will ask in our services and events if people want to come to faith in Him.
Become
We will actively put people in positions of responsibility sp they reach their full potential in God. We will walk with people as they discover where God is calling them to serve and become mature in faith.

Word and Spirit
Passionate about the Bible and prayer and dependent upon presence and power of the Holy Spirit. We are a people of God where we grow deeper in our faith and worship.
Relational
We place high values on community and family. We are one body that helps people to connect with one another and living life together through its highs and lows.
Community
To be a positive influence, beyond our walls, in society locally, nationally and internationally. We are a people who share our faith in order to connect people to Jesus Christ, build long term relationships and stand up for justice.
Enjoyment
Enjoying life together, spending time together and being Christ to each other. Welcoming, inclusive and valuing all ages, all people and all cultures.
In all the above, we recognise our dependence upon and need of the presence and power of the Holy Spirit.
